Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $365,000 $420,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus

Overview:
Our client, a leading law firm with a broad and innovative litigation practice, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Dallas litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in state and federal litigation and the ability to work across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment.

Practice Areas:
Our litigation group handles a wide spectrum of matters, including:

  • Oil & Gas / Energy

  • Fiduciary Litigation

  • Employment Law

  • Privacy and Data Security

  • Antitrust

  • Securities Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and draft motions, briefs, and other pleadings for state and federal court matters.

  • Participate in all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document review.

  • Assist with case and client management, ensuring responsive, high-quality service.

  • Contribute to trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, preparing witnesses, and developing case strategy.

  • Engage in courtroom advocacy at hearings and, where applicable, trials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in Texas or eligible for waiver
  • Law school class years 2018-2020.
  • District court or appellate court clerkship experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Deposition, hearing, and trial experience are beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $365,000 $420,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience
