Our client is a leading law firm based in Pennsylvania. Their mission is to provide exceptional legal professionals to clients while also helping attorneys find fulfilling and rewarding career opportunities. They are open to new attorneys with some litigation experience for this role.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated Attorney to join our team and specialize in Social Security Disability law. The ideal candidate will possess a client-focused mindset and a passion for assisting clients in navigating the complex legal process of obtaining disability benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals

- Conduct thorough case evaluations and develop effective legal strategies

- Gather and analyze medical records, employment history, and other relevant evidence

- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and government agencies to gather necessary information

- Prepare and file legal documents and briefs

- Attend virtual and telephonic administrative hearings and advocate for clients' rights

- Keep up-to-date with changes in Social Security Disability laws and regulations

- Consult clients and share thorough communication on case status

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

- Active license to practice law in ANY state

- Social Security or Veteran's Disability claim experience 

- Compassionate and empathetic towards clients' needs, effective communicator

- Proficiency in medical record review and high-volume case management

- Experience with Litify software is a plus
