Our client is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join their NYC Firm. This is a hybrid role with excellent potential and a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Duties:

• Draft and review foreclosure-related motions.

• Attend hearings and mediation.

• Provide case analysis and advice to clients.

• Draft court pleadings.

• Collaborate with supervising attorneys.

• Directly manage escalated cases.

• Coordinate bank representative and client appearances.

• Travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Member of the NY Bar, with all necessary licensing.

• 3-5 years foreclosure experience.

• Bachelors and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• Strong written and verbal skills.

• Problem-solving and issue resolution skills.

• Strong work ethic with excellent time management and deadline adherence.

• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace while multitasking.

• Strong problem solving skills.

• A team player that is willing to assist others in the department.
