IT Sales Mid-Market & Federal
Baltimore, MD (Local candidates preferred; relocation considered)
We are looking to add two high-performing IT Sales professionals to our growing team in Baltimore, one focused on Mid-Market accounts and the other on Federal clients. We're seeking driven individuals with a proven track record in IT staffing sales, or recruiters ready to transition into sales and build a book of business from the ground up.
If you're a hunter, a cold caller, money-motivated, and someone who knows how to deliver results, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of success in IT staffing (sales or recruiting)
- Prior experience in a staffing agency setting (contract or contract-to-hire focus strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to generate at least $500K in annual gross margin or maintain a $10K+ weekly spread
- Strong cold calling and client development skills, this is not a plug-and-play desk
- Mid-market or federal experience preferred, but we’ll train the right go-getter
- Candidates from the Baltimore metro area (or willing to relocate)
- Comfortable building a client base with limited handoffs, this is a true business development role
- Competitive, self-starting, and motivated by financial success

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of federal contracting and security clearance environments
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments and negotiating contract terms
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow a book of business in either the mid-market or federal space
- Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, and client visits
- Build relationships with hiring managers and procurement contacts
- Partner with recruiting teams to fill open roles with qualified IT talent
- Drive revenue growth and deliver consistent gross margin results

Package Details
Base+ Draw (Base Salary $50-$75K, Draw $50-$70k for up to 24 months (Total comp of $100k-$155k for 24 months)
🔹 10k bonus when 10k in spread is met within 18 months (Along with 5k bump in base salary)
🔹 20k bonus when 20k in spread is met within 24 months
🔹 Title bump to Senior level when 15k in spread met
🔹 Health, Dental, Vision viable after 60 days (negotiable activation)
🔹 3 weeks PTO - 1-week sick time - 3 floating holidays - birthday off
