Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Account Executives to drive new business development within a collaborative and highly tenured team environment. This role focuses on building long-term client partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering consultative talent solutions across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is an energetic and self-directed sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while working autonomously with strong internal team support.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development efforts within the assigned territory
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities
  • Manage full-cycle sales activities from prospecting through closing
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver client talent solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development outreach
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand hiring needs and business goals
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue opportunities
  • Represent a consultative and relationship-focused sales approach

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales or business development experience required
  • Proven success in generating new business and growing client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
  • Strong organizational and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales activities simultaneously

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Staffing industry experience preferred
  • Experience within Accounting & Finance staffing strongly preferred
  • Additional staffing backgrounds considered include IT, HR, administrative, or engineering
  • B2B sales experience outside of staffing may also be considered
  • Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio preferred
  • Relationship-based and consultative sales experience is highly valued
