Role Overview

This is a junior-level Environmental Client Project Manager role focused on stack testing and source air emissions. The position is embedded at a customer site, with daily reporting to the Freeport location. While not primarily client-facing, the role includes limited customer communication and provides hands-on experience as a pathway to a full Client Project Manager role. No overnight travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform stack testing and source air emissions monitoring at the customer site
  • Support the execution of environmental compliance and testing projects
  • Conduct site activities, including equipment setup, sampling, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure accurate data collection
  • Adhere to safety protocols and applicable environmental regulations
  • Assist with reporting and project documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in stack testing or air emissions monitoring
  • Experience aligned with Environmental Project Manager-level technical requirements
  • Physical ability to work in industrial environments and lift up to 50 lb
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Technical Skillset

  • RATA testing

  • Cooling water tower testing

  • M18 tube sampling

  • VOC compliance

  • Bag sampling

  • Exposure to FTIR (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating and analyzing environmental testing equipment

  • Knowledge of EPA air regulations
  • QSTI-1 and QSTI-3 certifications, or willingness to obtain within 90–120 days
