Role Overview
This is a junior-level Environmental Client Project Manager role focused on stack testing and source air emissions. The position is embedded at a customer site, with daily reporting to the Freeport location. While not primarily client-facing, the role includes limited customer communication and provides hands-on experience as a pathway to a full Client Project Manager role. No overnight travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform stack testing and source air emissions monitoring at the customer site
- Support the execution of environmental compliance and testing projects
- Conduct site activities, including equipment setup, sampling, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure accurate data collection
- Adhere to safety protocols and applicable environmental regulations
- Assist with reporting and project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in stack testing or air emissions monitoring
- Experience aligned with Environmental Project Manager-level technical requirements
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments and lift up to 50 lb
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Technical Skillset
RATA testing
Cooling water tower testing
M18 tube sampling
VOC compliance
Bag sampling
Exposure to FTIR (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating and analyzing environmental testing equipment
- Knowledge of EPA air regulations
- QSTI-1 and QSTI-3 certifications, or willingness to obtain within 90–120 days
