Role Summary

Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to manage a full caseload independently from inception through trial. This position is ideal for a driven professional with strong courtroom experience and a strategic, client-focused approach.

Location & Flexibility

• Hybrid schedule (approximately 2 days in-office)
• Remote flexibility available for the right candidate
• Based in Northeast Florida

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from filing through resolution and trial
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop legal strategies through research and case analysis
• Advise and represent clients, including negotiation and settlement
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Meet billable hour expectations

Candidate Profile

• Active Florida Bar license
• 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience
• Strong litigation background with the ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
