Associate Attorney (Litigation) handles a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, working closely with senior attorneys while gaining hands-on experience across all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Develop case strategies with senior attorneys
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 1–3 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in state and federal courts
- Background in depositions and discovery processes
