Personal Injury Defense Attorney

What You'll Do
️ Manage personal injury defense cases from start to finish, including premises liability, auto negligence, wrongful death, and foodborne illness cases.
Work with paralegals/staff on pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related documents
️ Take and defend depositions
Conduct legal research and shape case strategy
️ Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings
Communicate directly with insurance and corporate clients

What we're Looking For
️ 5+ years of personal injury experience (defense preferred)
️ Established litigation background; trial experience preferred
️ Excellent written & oral communication skills
️ Detail-oriented with strong research skills
️ Licensed to practice law (multiple states a plus)
️ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
