Role Summary

Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation, including trial preparation when needed. Work closely with a support team to focus on legal strategy, client communication, and case execution. Tools and systems are in place to streamline drafting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution
  • Guide clients through the legal process with professionalism and empathy
  • Assess liability, damages, and review medical records and evidence
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Support and prepare for mediations, hearings, and trials

Candidate Profile

  • Licensed attorney (active state license required)
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Background in personal injury or insurance defense is a plus
  • Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
  • Client-focused with attention to detail and case preparation
