An opportunity for an experienced attorney to take ownership of personal injury cases while continuing to develop litigation skills and make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Role Summary
Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation, including trial preparation when needed. Work closely with a support team to focus on legal strategy, client communication, and case execution. Tools and systems are in place to streamline drafting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution
- Guide clients through the legal process with professionalism and empathy
- Assess liability, damages, and review medical records and evidence
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Support and prepare for mediations, hearings, and trials
Candidate Profile
- Licensed attorney (active state license required)
- Litigation experience preferred
- Background in personal injury or insurance defense is a plus
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Client-focused with attention to detail and case preparation
