Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple accounts
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
  • Support payroll processing and sales tax filing requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience in public accounting is required
  • Strong bookkeeping knowledge with experience handling multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
