Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, including legal positions. This commission-based, entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research, outreach, and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough initial candidate interview evaluations.
- Coordinate candidate submittal summaries, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Track pipeline activity and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams.
- Support reporting, data accuracy, and recruitment process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency recruiting, full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.
Preferred: Experience with AI tools LinkedIn, SignalHire, other niche/professional recruiting resources.
Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based 1099 role with significant earning potential.

Additional Details
- Monthly $45 technology fee (waived after first placement payout) includes access to multiple job boards, ATS database, AI sourcing tools, job board postings, and other company resources.
