What will you be doing?

• Delivery management

• Proactively seeking out great candidates using various tools, platforms and techniques

• Networking and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients

• Screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates

• Being the matchmaker between impressive candidates & fantastic jobs

• Working within a global environment with Tech clients across EMEA

The ideal candidate

• 1 - 4 years recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)

• Ideally with Tech industry background, but other recruiting experience will be considered

• Ability to build client relationships

• Adapt delivery management to cater to the clients' needs

• Leadership skills with the desire to become a senior member of the team

• Excellent time management

• Effective organisation skills

• Self-starter mentality

• Personality is key in this business, so it is essential that you are able to build rapport easily with candidates and clients

• Entrepreneurial flair as this is a place where you will have to work smart with no micromanagement
