Your Role

• Design and build scalable backend infrastructure from scratch

• Maintain systems to support thousands of concurrent AI agents

• Architect multi-region, fault-tolerant deployments

• Automate testing and DevOps workflows

• Contribute to product strategy and scalability

What Were Looking For

• 4-10 years of software engineering experience

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang

• Strong backend development skills

• Proven experience with Kubernetes & cloud infrastructure

• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and distributed systems

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript

• Prior experience building systems at scale

• Bachelor of Science 

  from a top CS program

  Required 

• Masters of Science in Computer Science preferred

• An entrepreneur mindset, grit, independence, and the ability to take on full ownership

• Passion for AI and solving tough technical problems

• Willingness to work long hours and wear multiple hats
