Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its expanding Complex Commercial Litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale. This opportunity is ideal for a talented trial associate looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment. An active Florida license is required.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience, ideally from an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm or a firm with a comparable practice.
  • Background in handling complex commercial, corporate, financial institution, real estate, land use, construction, and securities disputes is highly valued.
  • Experience with class action defense is a plus.
  • Skilled in discovery, drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Prior experience with depositions and court hearings is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Florida state and federal courts.
  • Federal clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
