MCLI Technologies – Referral Terms & Conditions

By submitting a referral (“Referral”) through this website or directly to MCLI Technologies (“MCLI”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Referrals may be submitted by individuals or organizations who are not current MCLI employees, contractors, or agents unless expressly authorized by MCLI. All referrals must be genuine and submitted in good faith.

2. Valid Referral

A referral is considered valid only if:

• The referred person (“Candidate”) or company (“Client”) is not already in MCLI’s database or under active consideration.

• The referral includes accurate, current contact information and sufficient detail for MCLI to make contact.

• The referral is submitted through MCLI’s official referral form, email, or other approved channel.

3. Referral Reward

If MCLI successfully places the referred Candidate or signs a services agreement with the referred Client, a referral reward (“Referral Fee”) may be issued to the referrer.

• The Referral Fee amount and payment method will be communicated in writing by MCLI at the time of submission or upon qualification.

• Referral Fees are typically paid within 30 days of the referred hire’s start date or client’s first payment, provided the individual or company remains in good standing for at least 60 days.

• All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the referrer.

4. Exclusions

No Referral Fee will be paid if:

• The referral was previously submitted by another source.

• The referred Candidate or Client was already known to MCLI or under engagement discussions.

• The referral violates any confidentiality agreement or employment restriction.

• Fraudulent or duplicate referrals are identified.

5. Confidentiality & Data Use

All referral information is treated confidentially. By submitting a referral, you represent that you have the referred party’s permission to share their information with MCLI for evaluation and contact purposes. MCLI will process all personal data in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

6. No Guarantee of Placement or Engagement

Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the referred Candidate will be hired or that the referred Client will engage MCLI. Final hiring and contracting decisions rest solely with MCLI and its clients.

7. Independent Status

Submitting a referral does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with MCLI. Referral participation is strictly voluntary and independent.

8. Changes to Program

MCLI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these terms at any time without notice. Any changes will apply to future referrals only.
