Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead client meetings and negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Prepare annual sales budgets, monthly targets, and forecasts, and ensure timely achievement. 
  • Build, mentor, and manage the business development team, providing guidance and performance feedback. 
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc.) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and services. 
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, addressing issues and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Prepare and present regular management reports on sales performance, business pipeline, and key client updates. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned.
