Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our multi-specialty medical group. 

This is a full-time, employed position with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, as well as the opportunity to work with medical students and residents.

Position Highlights

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Pulmonary and Critical Care.
• Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient – 50% Pulmonary and 50% Critical Care.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM with at least 1-2 weekends a month.
• Academic Opportunity – opportunity to work with Internal Medicine Residency, US and Foreign Medical Students.
• 18 ICU beds / Open ICU.
• Average Daily Patient Volume: Inpatient 15-20 patients; Outpatient 12-15 patients.
• Starting with a base salary of $350,000.00 (negotiable) with Productivity Bonus based on collections.
• Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement will be given.
• The position is in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Ontario, CA.
