Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team!
Position Highlights
- Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group.
- Dayshift Schedule: M-F 9a-5p | No Call Requirements
- Single-Site Role: Work at Olympia Fields, IL clinic
- Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage outpatient follow-up visits.
- Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff
- State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities
- Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.
- Strongly preferred: 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology outpatient medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team.
- EMR proficiency (experience with Epic is a plus).

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
