St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is actively seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Orthopedic Surgery team. Position Summary & Qualifications

  • Full-time, weekday schedule (Monday-Friday)
  • No call or weekend responsibilities
  • Inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care responsibilities
  • Serve as First Assist in the operating room
  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, other APPs, and clinical staff
  • Manage your own outpatient panel and ensure continuity of care
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgery or general surgery required
  • Licensed and certified Physician Assistant in the state of Illinois
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • EMR proficiency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
