Roxborough Memorial Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its hospital-based anesthesia team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative and supportive environment with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities.

The incoming CRNA will provide anesthesia coverage across multiple surgical specialties while working both independently and within a team-based care model.

Practice Overview

Roxborough Memorial Hospital is part of the Prime Healthcare system and provides comprehensive surgical and perioperative services to the Philadelphia community. The anesthesia team supports a wide variety of surgical specialties while maintaining a patient-centered and team-oriented practice environment.

The role offers exposure to both hospital-based and suburban practice settings with a balanced clinical workload.

What You'll Do

  • Provide anesthesia care for general surgery, plastics, urology, and gynecology procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Obtain informed consent and educate patients regarding anesthesia options
  • Administer anesthetic medications and monitor patient response throughout procedures
  • Manage airway, anesthetic depth, and emergence
  • Conduct postoperative evaluations and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and perioperative teams

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in good standing
  • Ability to practice independently when needed
  • Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care
