About the job Emergency Medicine Physician
Montclair Hospital Medical Center in Montclair, CA, part of the Prime Healthcare network, is seeking a motivated and skilled Emergency Department Physician to deliver outstanding care in our community-focused facility. This is a great opportunity to practice in a collaborative and efficient emergency department.
Position Details:
- 1099 Independent Contractor.
- 12 clinical shifts a month Mix of Days and Nights (mostly days)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM preferred).
- Target Start Date: August 1, 2025
- The hourly salary ranges from $240.00 to $260.00.
- Current California medical license (or eligibility).
- Active DEA certification.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff.
- Maintain timely and accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards of care
