Saint Joseph Medical Center is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in the western suburbs of Chicago. Position Details

  • Full-time position in General Gastroenterology
  • Hospital coverage at:
    • St. Joseph Medical Center Joliet, IL
    • Mercy Medical Center Aurora, IL
  • Outpatient clinic locations:
    • Aurora, Joliet, and Romeoville, IL
  • Shared 1:3 call rotation at both hospital sites
  • Endoscopy services available onsite
  • Established patient panels and strong referral base
  • Supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and procedural skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $550,000.00 to $630,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
