Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Primary Care team!
Position Highlights
- Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group.
- Full-time | Dayshift Schedule: M-F 9a-5p | minimal call responsibility
- See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
- 40 hour/week (36 patient hours/4 admin hours)
Qualifications
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
