Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois is seeking dedicated Hospitalists to deliver high-quality, compassionate inpatient care in a collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:
- Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off block schedule - enjoy predictable time off for true work-life balance.
- Role: Manage adult impatient care, admissions, rounding, discharges, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Team: Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and a supportive medical staff in a newly stabilized hospital under Prime Healthcare's resources and commitment to clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility).
- Strong clinical skills and team-oriented mindset.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
