As a Clinical Analyst Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical systems and optimizing workflows that directly impact patient care across our network of hospitals and healthcare facilities in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

This is a fully remote position with flexibility and robust support for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to analyze workflow processes and assess system requirements.

  • Assist in the planning, design, testing, and implementation of clinical systems, particularly within the Epic environment.

  • Serve as a liaison between end users and IT, ensuring systems meet clinical needs.

  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to enhance system usage and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and document system issues, supporting long-term maintenance and updates.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational continuity.

Requirements:

  • Licensed clinician (RN, PT, PharmD, etc.) with at least 2 years of clinical experience.

  • Bachelors degree in a clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience.

  • Experience supporting healthcare information systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech) required.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and system documentation tools.

  • Epic certification (e.g., Healthy Planet, Compass Rose) preferred or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.

  • Must comply with vaccination requirements or provide valid exemption documentation.

Compensation:

  • Pay Range: $72,000 ~ $115,000/year, based on experience.
