Regional Sales Manager - Interventional Cardiology

My client is looking to hire a some additional Regional Managers to their Sales function.

Their new Regional Manager will ideally have a prior background in Cardiology sales and be hungry to develop a market and career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
  • Promote and demonstrate innovative cardiovascular products and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare customized product configurations and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and customer support.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Travel extensively within the region to meet customers and attend events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience (ideally in Cardiology or Interventional products).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High motivation, independence, and goal orientation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
