The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and developing business within the North West of England. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to promote a simple, proven product range and build strong relationships that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your territory strategically to maximise sales and market share.

  • Build trusted relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.

  • Deliver product presentations, evaluations, and training sessions.

  • Provide accurate reporting and insights to support business planning.

Territory: From the North West Midlands up to Cumbria.

Candidate Profile
We're seeking a motivated and commercially minded graduate who is eager to begin a career in medical sales.

Ideal background:

  • A degree in Biomedical Engineering (or another scientific or business-related discipline).

  • Around 1 year of sales experience (B2B or healthcare preferred).

  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Resilience, curiosity, and a genuine passion for healthcare innovation.
