A global leader in critical care and airway management is seeking a Territory Manager to join their UK commercial team. Their innovative portfolio in advanced airway management and single-use bronchoscopy continues to shape clinical practice and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven medical sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential region combining new business development with the management of established accounts across acute and critical care settings.

The company has just had it's best year on record, with the UK team performing the highest in Europe. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive sales growth across the North East, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.

  • Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to support regional strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years Medical Device sales experience, preferably Theatre based products or Critical Care Capital Equipment

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to engage and influence both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.

  • Resilient, organised, and target-driven with a consultative mindset.

  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.

Whats on Offer:

  • Up to £58,000 base salary + up to £30,000 first year bonus
