Regional Sales Manager - Interventional Cardiology
My client is looking to hire a some additional Regional Managers to their Sales function.
Their new Regional Manager will ideally have a prior background in Cardiology sales and be hungry to develop a market and career.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.

Promote and demonstrate innovative cardiovascular products and solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare customized product configurations and commercial proposals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and customer support.

Provide market feedback and contribute to product and process improvements.

Achieve sales targets and report on performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Travel extensively within the region to meet customers and attend events.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
-
3+ years of medical device sales experience (ideally in Cardiology or Interventional products).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
High motivation, independence, and goal orientation.
-
Fluent in German and English.
