Responsibilities:
- Set and manage strategic sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify emerging business trends and work with leadership to design appropriate action plans.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to maintain market knowledge and visibility.
- Conduct field visits with Territory Managers to observe, guide, and support day-to-day sales execution.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Act as a resource and mentor for Territory Managers and Associate TMs to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide business insights, customer feedback, and technical solutions that enhance performance.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to corporate compliance standards and policies.
- Guide resource allocation and territory planning through effective use of data and performance analytics.
- Provide escalation support to resolve customer concerns when necessary.
- Share real-time insights and potential business risks with the Regional VP to support agile decision-making.
- Enable your team with the tools and systems they need to successfully quote and close deals.
- Support execution of sales and marketing initiatives by identifying skill gaps and implementing improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Medical Equipment sales, preferably within the Cardiovascular space
- At least 3 years of experience leading field-based sales teams with a record of surpassing performance targets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through strategic planning and effective team coaching.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a talent for motivating others.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
