As a Clinical Sales Specialist  you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of a dynamic sales region. 

Working closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and the Sales Manager, you will provide technical support to hospitals and healthcare professionals across London. 

Your responsibilities will include delivering tailored training sessions to ensure surgeons and theatre staff are fully equipped to use medical devices safely and effectively, and offering in-theatre support during procedures as needed.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Offer technical guidance in the operating room on orthopaedic reconstruction products
  • Deliver comprehensive training to healthcare professionals on product usage
  • Generate sales leads within key customer accounts
  • Coordinate logistics related to procedure planning and consignment stock
  • Provide onsite support for product demonstrations and educational events
  • Adhere to all internal communication and documentation standards
  • Implement sales strategies under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of relevant products and the competitive landscape
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems for assigned accounts
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
  • Submit regular performance and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager

Your Background

  • Recent graduate with a degree in biomedical science, medicine, or physiotherapy (or equivalent experience)

  • Demonstrated clinical expertise
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on targets and results
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
