  • Collaborate with pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital administrators to maintain product availability
  • Analyse your territory to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, activity, and performance
  • Execute strategic account plans aligned with wider UK objectives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in line with GDPR compliance
  • Travel extensively across your territory (50–80%), including occasional overnight stays

  • 3–5 years' experience selling into operating theatres and clinical environments
  • Proven experience working with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers
  • Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and procurement processes
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and accountable
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Based in Scotland (ideally near Glasgow or Edinburgh)

  • The chance to work with cutting-edge surgical technologies
  • A collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture
  • Real autonomy to shape your territory and make an impact
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • A role where your work directly supports better patient outcomes
  • Up to £70,000 base + £43,750 bonus + £43,750 bonus + company car or £7,000 annual car allowance
