Overview of the Role:
The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving commercial targets within the assigned regions of North-Rhine Westphalia and Hessen. This field-based role combines sales growth responsibilities with clinical engagement, relationship building, and strategic territory planning. You will serve as the primary commercial contact for key cardiology accounts and work closely with clinical teams to support adoption of our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing territory business plans and achieving sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with cardiologists, cathlab staff, senior clinicians, and hospital procurement stakeholders.

Promote and demonstrate interventional cardiology products in hospitals and clinical settings.

Provide product education, clinical value messaging, and procedural guidance to support case adoption and customer confidence.

Monitor territory performance, competitor activity, and market developments; report insights to management.

Accurately forecast sales performance and pipeline through CRM systems.

Represent the company at local congresses, symposia, and customer events.
Requirements
- Proven success in medical device or MedTech sales, ideally within interventional cardiology or related cardiac-based specialties.
- Deep understanding of cardiovascular procedures, clinical workflows, and OR/cathlab environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with effective negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
