As part of continued growth across Eastern Europe, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting commercial strategy, enabling partners, and acting as the regional subject matter expert for the portfolio.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible and strategically important role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and the clinical community. Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, you will serve as the regional product expert, providing deep technical and clinical insight while supporting pricing strategy, partner enablement and market development.

The role is ideally suited to a sales representative or junior business development professional with strong sales acumen & analytical capability and a passion for sports medicine innovation, looking for their next step. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise & Market Insight

  • Serve as the regional product expert, maintaining in-depth knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and supporting evidence.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven insights to the Business Development Manager on pricing opportunities and challenges.

Partner & Customer Enablement

  • Support distributor partners in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver structured product training and technical presentations to partners, clinicians, and internal teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex clinical or technical product enquiries.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with distributors, partners, and end-user clinicians.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in the field, acting as a consistent brand ambassador.

Sales & Strategic Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to support regional sales planning and execution.
  • Provide technical and clinical support throughout the sales cycle to progress commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support responses for tenders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to support the development of sales tools, campaigns, and educational materials.
  • Partner with Product Management to relay structured field insights that inform future product development.
  • Ensure effective communication of market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

About You

You'll be a commercially aware and analytically minded product specialist with strong communication skills and experience in sports medicine.

Essential:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Product Specialist, clinical support, or similar role within sports medicine.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical or clinical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based role.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
