About the job Regional Sales Manager - South England
As a Regional Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of your territory, leading a motivated team of five sales professionals.
Working closely with your team and senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction, coaching, and operational oversight to deliver strong sales performance across your region. You will foster relationships with key decision-makers, ensure excellence in customer engagement, and champion the adoption of innovative sales approaches to achieve ambitious targets.
Your responsibilities will include setting clear sales objectives, mentoring team members to reach their full potential, and implementing territory-specific strategies to grow market share. You will also lead by example in managing key customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle.
How You'll Create Impact

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of five Sales Representatives to exceed regional sales targets

Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
