About the job Regional Human Resource Executive
1. Talent Management & Acquisition as per the SLA defined from various roles.
2. Managing complete on-boarding cycle of all the new joiners.
3. Identify various sourcing strategies as per the business and market requirements.
4. Manage HRMS and maintain Data integrity.
5. Own Employee relation, recognition and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with the corporate payroll team to address compensation and benefit matters.
6. Maintain basic HR MIS and ensure the accuracy of employee and company data in HR Systems.
7. Exit management and proper documentation.
Who can apply

3. 1-2 years of working experience as Regional HR with 70% of role includes Recruitment
4. MBA in HR
