Job Specification/ Description
Our company is looking Sales Development Executives responsible for handling trade market activities, launch of Products, Market Analysis, GTM and Sales Development Activities. Adhere to process mechanism, Team Monitoring, MIS for the regions and analyze and present sales data. this role need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage. Should be able to handle sales support of multiple cities.
- Handle all Trade marketing activities at the Regions.
- Handle all Visibility, Launch, Market storming activities at the Region
- Handle the execution of all GTM and Sales Development activities that will be rolled from the HO
- Will handle training of Internal and External team
- Handle all Review mechanism, Process management in the region
- Manage all budgets that has been allocated to the Region
- Ensure 100% Recibo app reporting (Attendance and Sales Monitoring System)
- Targets roll out for all Channels
- Help the RSMs to handle day to day sales and support operation
- Good knowledge in excel, MIS is required with Strong Analytical Skills
- Need someone with the minimum experience of 4-5 Years with Trade Market Exposure
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Possess and carry a positive attitude and go getter attitude
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
