In this role, the National BA (Beauty Advisor) Manager plays the role of charting new account business tie ups. BA national Manager drives the BA force in order to encourage the development and discovery of new accounts. Will handle specific business Verticals of a Region for tie up with major key outlets and B2B Clients for FMCG/ Cosmetics Business.


Achieving sales plans including strategic objectives.

Forecasting, area management, driving sales performance KPIs; effective forecasting for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort)

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


Good knowledge of excel, MIS is required

Need someone with a minimum experience of 10-15 years and preferably from the beauty industry


Graduate/ Postgraduate/ MBA


Possess and carry a positive attitude

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Excellent analytical skills, Business Acumen.
