About the Role:
A premium ladies-only fitness club is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with proven experience in the fitness industry and a strong passion for health and wellness. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional service standards for female members. This position requires a numbers-driven leader with a big-picture mindset who can balance sales execution with strategic input, team motivation, and alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team membership targets.

  • Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and report directly to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 35 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.

  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.

  • Ability to conduct effective team training and coaching sessions.

  • Strong passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of gym operations and programs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a marketing-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
