About the job Business Analyst
JOB PURPOSE
To support the Lead- Centre of Excellence in his/her duties to ensure Commercial Division is functioning
optimally and identifying and implementing initiatives required to improve performance and implementing
the Divisional Strategy through Balanced Scorecard.
This includes:
Drafting Policies and Procedures to enable effective Supply Chain and Procurement operations.
Carry out ad-hoc audits in the procure to Pay to ensure compliance to avoid audit findings.
Providing specific business intelligence, document management system and training related to
Supply Chain and Procurement.
To assist Head in proactively driving Governance & Compliance to Supply Chain and procurement
standards.
Full understanding of Procure to Pay process.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Continuous Improvement
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks and process variation.
initiatives for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Carrying out Benchmarking and industry standards and presenting them.
Improving Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain department's document management system in a
sustainable way.
Governance, Risk and Compliance
Drafting procedures and Policies related to Supply Chain and strategic sourcing.
Act as a trusted advisor by the Commercial Division departments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company policies.
Interface with Internal Audit on the audits as and when required.
Ensuring Risk registers are relevant, updated and closely tracked to mitigate supply chain disruption
risks.
Reporting and Analytics:
Drawing up data and inputting it into monthly Balanced Scorecard dashboard for the division.
Taking a leading role on ESG, ICV analytics.
Full understanding of SAP-ARIBA System.
Functional Strategy
Support Commercial Division leadership with data analysis as input into Functional Strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Par-take in Company workstreams such as Sustainability Committee, Regulatory Compliance Report &
Regulatory Compliance Focal Point, Cyber Security information register, Tawteen workshops and Sister
Company idea sharing meetings.
Capability Development
Train and coach Local Talent to become future leaders through extensive Career Development Plan.
Take part in designing competency assessments and training frameworks for Commercial Division.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Higher Secondary School (12 years)
Diploma (6+2 years)
Advanced Diploma/Equivalent (6+3 years)
Bachelor's Degree (5+3 years)
Professional Certificatio3n (Please specify) CIPS, CPSM, or
equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Supply Chain or Finance), Law, Engineering, or related field.
