Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience*

8 years experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel with a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
Experience managing contractors and third party vendors, in several phased of the projects, preferably done a complete project from FEED to Start-up.
Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
Experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement.
Experience working in large scale integrated operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
SME level competency in at least one Engineering Discipline.
Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (for Onshore) and large Offshore Platforms / Pipelines (For Offshore).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications. Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, pipeline, structural, instrument, telecom, piping and electrical.
