11.9.7 - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CIVIL - GEOTECHNICAL)

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or geotechnical related field from a recognized University with minimum 12 years of relevant construction related experience. An additional/secondary HSE qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be advantageous.

Experience:

A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in relevant construction and installation activities (earthwork and geotechnical) in projects of oil & gas industry.

Experienced in the implementation of construction industry best practices, systems, processes, and standards.

Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in engineering and construction projects.

Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills with fluency in English.
