Job Purpose

· Lead the establishment of emergency response underwater inspection agreements  ensuring timely mobilization of resources for subsea pipeline and cable repairs. Drive efforts to establish effective execution procedures and communication protocols among club members to ensure projects align with safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives in compliance with company management systems.

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, naval, civil, industry or chemical). Knowledge and/or Experience

· 10 years experience in oil & gas sector offshore pipeline related activities. Familiar with underwater/ offshore pipeline, cables and structural construction, repair and maintenance brownfield construction, installation, repair, or maintenance activities.

· Experience in the supervision of offshore execution programmes, writing of reports, producing drawings, compiling statistics, job planning and scheduling, etc.

· 5 years experience onboard marine units (vessels, construction barges, etc.) as offshore field / methods Engineer onboard vessels / barges.

· Knowledge of operating pipelines repairs methods and standards.

· Knowledge of oil & gas industry and environment SHE standards.

· Experienced on marine surveys and review of Inspection reports.

· Understanding of Safety and risk management methods.

· Experience in using Subsea pipeline and cables construction and repair equipment including lifting, shifting, welding, dredging, etc
