Qualifications A Degree/Diploma in Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
Experience in Project materials management activities including warehousing / site inventory control process.
A good level of analytical and structured approach to formulation and administering contractual issues together with skills in appropriate computer software, technical report writing and good English written and oral skills.
Highly proficient in SAP Materials Management Module and MS Office Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures is an advantage
Technical and Business Skills
Should be proactive, a self-starter, and be able to work with minimal supervision
Able to plan, monitor, and coordinate work activities.
Ability to demonstrate capacity to work well in team situations.
A good level of analytical and structured approach to materials management functions together with skills in appropriate computer software expertise in SAM MM module, technical report writing and good English written and oral skills.
Very Good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent computer literacy, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
Power Point and Outlook. MS Access knowledge is an advantage. SAP knowledge is preferred.
Concern for quality, initiative, flexibility, self-confidence, teamwork and co-operation are the key competencies.
Knowledge of Contract laws and industry practices will be added advantage
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member
