Qualifications Bachelors degree in applied sciences or engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
8 years experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas
Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role,
including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
In depth knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications,
codes, appropriate safety criteria, offshore facilities and discipline
design, construction, operations and engineering administration.
Knowledge and experience in discipline commissioning delivery
processes and associated project phases, familiar with completions
walkdowns and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
Experience in an electrical role for large EPC contracts, with strong
electrical commissioning/technical skills, with in depth knowledge of
LV/MV/HV switchgears, power management systems, protection
relays, GTC, EDG and GTGs.
Experience in project completions and project systemization,
including check sheet development, check sheet allocation, writing
of pre-commissioning / commissioning documents such as
commissioning procedures and method statements.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service
Companies.
Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings
and procedures.
Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, precommissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including
codes and standards, and contract technical specification
compliance.
Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as
compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in
Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
Experience in start-up support to Operations
