About the job 11.4.19 -CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (PV)
Qualification:
Candidate must possess a Degree from recognized University or Diploma in
Instrumentation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with extensive construction related
experience. Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict
resolution. Relevant courses in HSE, QAQC and construction.
Experience:
Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years overall E&I experience in Construction
installation precommissioning & commissioning oil and gas industries including largescale solar projects or similar nature projects.
Extensive experience in large scale solar (Photovoltaic) Projects.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate
with internal and external departments, agencies, contractors and vendors.
The construction supervisor should have a strong technical background in Instrumentation
& Control systems, including knowledge of sensors, transmitters, controllers, PLCs
(Programmable Logic Controllers) & SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition),
this includes understanding safety standards, hazardous area classifications, and
compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Experience in construction project management is important for overseeing the
installation, testing, and commissioning of Instrumentation & Control systems within the
project timeline.
Should have the ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs (Piping and
Instrumentation Diagrams), and control system layouts to ensure accurate implementation
of the designed systems.
Experienced in the implementation of construction industry best practices, systems,
processes, and standards.
pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil and gas, including experience at a
supervisory level, with relevant experience.
Ability to interpret methods statements, construction schedules and drawings.
Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict resolution.
Able to resolves problems at site technically & contractually.
Having exposure with multinational contractors
