Network Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with 5 years of experience in Switching and Network Security to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting network configurations in deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Configuration: Design, configure, and deploy network solutions including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Security Management: Implement and manage network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
• Project Deployment: Travel to different sites to execute the project scope of work for switching or security requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on switching and network security.
• Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
