Qualifications*

Bachelors Degree in sciences or engineering
Additional quality, welding or NDE inspection related qualifications

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

8 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1
year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or
oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service
Companies.
Experience in working in large-scale operating Organizations in
Operations and projects
Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications and tools
Knowledge of Industry standards

Technical and Business Skills:-
Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality
Management Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry
Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors
confidently
Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills
