PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Experienced Production Operators – Offshore to support LNG / Oil & Gas offshore operations for foreign Assignment.

Role Overview:
Primarily responsible for operating and monitoring upstream and downstream equipment to ensure effective process flow, following familiarization with company equipment and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor process equipment safely and efficiently
Follow established operational procedures and standards
Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams for shutdowns and isolations
Take initiative in process corrective actions and support emergency response activities
Ensure compliance with HSE and operational requirements
Reporting Line:
Reports to Production Foreman

Work Conditions:
28/28 offshore rotation
12-hour shift cycle

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
High School Graduate with a relevant vocational training programme (internal or external candidates).

Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operator in the oil & gas sector or LNG operations.

Technical & Communication Skills:
Strong command of English (verbal & written).
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over plant radio networks
